1) I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, but am happy to assist with buyers’ claims against the post office by providing proof of posting.
2) Please read item descriptions carefully, as I cannot be held responsible if buyers are disappointed with an item due to not reading the description properly.
3) I am an honest seller and would never knowingly mis-describe something. If you feel that an item has not been adequately described, please contact me to discuss the matter before leaving feedback.
4) Photographs are of the actual item being sold, but colours may appear different due to monitor settings.
5) P&P is not just the price of a stamp. I also charge a small handling fee to cover extra costs including the time it takes me to prepare auctions, package items and take them to the post office. Please be aware that this is within eBay’s guidelines: “sellers can charge reasonable P&P fees to cover the costs for mailing, packaging, and handling the items that they sell.” I reuse packaging materials where possible, as it is friendlier to the environment, but will sometimes need to use new packaging products, which will also be reflected in the postage cost. If you do not agree with P&P costs, do not bid. Disagreement with P&P charges is not a legitimate reason to leave negative or neutral feedback.
6) I offer combined postage discount if buying more than one item. A combined invoice will be sent at the end of the auction.
7) Items are normally posted the same or next working day after receiving cleared payment. I always inform buyers when items are to be sent. Please take into consideration when an item was posted when leaving feedback for dispatch time, as I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
8) In the unlikely event that there should be a problem with an order, please contact me to resolve the matter before leaving feedback.
