174 Parsi births took place in 2013 in Bombay according to the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai Public Health Department figures released to the Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP).The number of dead consigned to the dakhmas in 2013 was 711. Those cremated were approximately 45. The difference of deaths over births for the year is 582.
